Location
Burra is in the heart of the Mid-North country-side, just a leisurely 1.5 hour drive from Adelaide , on the edge of the Flinders Ranges.
There is so much to see in this historic mining town from the Monster Mine, to
fossil remains of a diprotodon, a giant wombat, extinct megafauna fossil discovered at Red Banks Conservation Park, to Underground Brewery Cellars & even Miners' Dugouts!
The unique Passport Key from the Visitor Centre lets you see all that Burra has to offer at your own pace.

Things to see
Enjoy a winery tour of the nearby Clare Valley, walk the Lavender or Heysen trail, or browse in the Antique shops, there is something for everyone.
Heritage Pubs, quaint coffee shops, stylish gift shops and world-class restaurants.
